Job description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical / mechanical supervisor for one of our facilities management company in Ashton-under-Lyne.

Qualifications or Required Experience
  • Strong customer focus with experience of delivering high standards of Customer Service.
  • FM experience within a hospital and / or PFI environment would be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge, experience and understanding of HTM`s would be an advantage.
  • Currently trained and or experienced in RP / AP duties in at least two of the following: water management (Legionella), ventilation in healthcare premises, medical gases, etc. would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Apprentice trained and qualified / experienced within a mechanical / electrical background.
  • Basic computer literate.
  • Understanding of HR related items.
  • Sound awareness of risk assessment and working safely with equipment.
  • Preferably experienced with HVAC, pump systems, medical gases, steam systems, pressure systems, water systems and legionella.
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems.
  • Sound knowledge of the practical implementation of Health & Safety.
  • Full driving licence required.
  • Authorised Person experience.
