We're working with a respected further education college in Northamptonshire to recruit Agriculture Lecturers to teach students up to Level 3 and 4. You'll cover arable, livestock, and farm machinery - with the flexibility to bring your industry knowledge into the classroom. This is a great fit for experienced lecturers or those looking to move from the farming industry into education.

What You'll Need
  • Level 4 qualification in Agriculture (HNC or equivalent experience)
  • Practical experience across arable, livestock, and farm machinery
  • GCSEs in English & Maths (grade C or above)

  • Evidence of recent CPD
  • Extra qualifications like NPTC Tractor Proficiency, PA certificates, or Telehandler tickets are a bonus
