We are growing fast and looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our production, production engineering, and production planning teams through an exciting period of expansion.
This is a key leadership role in our Part 21G aerospace electronics business, responsible for ensuring world-class quality, delivery performance, and productivity as we scale to meet record customer demand.
- Lead daily operations across production, production engineering, and planning
- Hold Form 4 responsibility under our Part 21G approval
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Use data-driven insight to improve productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Motivate, develop, and lead a high-performing team
- Translate customer demand into achievable, efficient production plans
- Support new product introductions and operational readiness
- Lead on EH&S and facilities management.
- Proven leadership experience in aerospace, electronics, or a regulated manufacturing environment
- Track record of delivering productivity and process improvements through Lean tools and data-driven decision making
- Excellent people leadership and motivational skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical ability
