VACANCY: Manufacturing Operations Manager – Aerospace Electronics

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Elm Lane and Barry Way - Isle of Wight

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

We are growing fast and looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our production, production engineering, and production planning teams through an exciting period of expansion.

This is a key leadership role in our Part 21G aerospace electronics business, responsible for ensuring world-class quality, delivery performance, and productivity as we scale to meet record customer demand.

The role:
  • Lead daily operations across production, production engineering, and planning
  • Hold Form 4 responsibility under our Part 21G approval
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Use data-driven insight to improve productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery
  • Motivate, develop, and lead a high-performing team
  • Translate customer demand into achievable, efficient production plans
  • Support new product introductions and operational readiness
  • Lead on EH&S and facilities management.
