What you'll do
  • Oversee daily operations, including logistics, inventory, and service delivery
  • Track project milestones and manage risks to meet customer commitments
  • Coordinate sales order execution and align timelines with business goals
  • Act as the main contact for the Airbus Helicopters account, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
  • Collaborate across teams to improve processes and customer experience
  • Lead local reporting on operational metrics and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and export regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean initiatives
  • Provide updates to leadership on project and operational status
  • Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What you need
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills — required
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders — required
  • Experience in logistics, purchasing, and inventory control — required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
