About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable) working 20 hours per week, preferably over five days to join our Finance team in Whitstable. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and wants to play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our finance processes.

You'll be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing payments, and supporting the Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting activities. Full training will be provided, making this a great role for someone looking to build on their existing finance experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and record accounts payable transactions.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
  • Handle supplier queries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare payment runs and assist with related reporting.

About You
