Job summary
A healthcare service provider in Eastleigh is seeking Healthcare Assistants to deliver personalized care for a young lady with Myotonic Dystrophy. Pay – £12.00 – £22.00 per hour
Shift – Days -12 Hour Shifts
Drivers Preferred .

We are recruiting for a team of carer’s to work with our client who is a remarkable young lady with a zest for life, that lives with her family. Our client has a condition called Myotonic Dystrophy (MD) and requires ongoing support throughout the day and night .She is very loving and compassionate .Our client is non -verbal and uses Makaton to communicate . She is still determined to go back to college at some point . We are looking for carer’s who can deliver person-centred care in line with a personalised care plan, created specifically to meet the needs of our individual client.
You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to support and guide all of staff, to ensure the highest standards of care and an excellent pathway of professional development.

- Excellent rates of pay with night and weekend enhancements plus special bank holiday rates.
