M4 Recruitment are working with a local manufacturing business who have an immediate vacancy for a Welder.

A reliable Welder / Fabricator is required to manufacture their own product range in-house, no on site work. Theyare a small family business who values and appreciates its work force.

The products have a long production history – since 1956 and the work is always there unlike some industries. The work is varied so no two days are the same. Our products are often adapted to help them fit what the customer needs so having an eye for detail and some experience in fabrication is essential.

The ideal candidate is someone who is competent in MIG welding, the work will involve cutting and drilling mild steel. The businessare slowly starting to make products from stainless steel so if you can MIG / TIG stainless then this would be an advantage, but not essential. If you enjoy a challenge then this is a job for you.

They offer a company pension scheme, 31 days annual leave including bank holidays and depending on workload extra hours are available.

Hours are Monday to Friday generally 8am - 5pm
