Qualifications
- In-depth experience in a senior role such as Art Director or Design Director.
- Ability to lead a 360 Global Campaign from concept through execution.
- Experience in developing Skin Care and/or Beauty campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Contribute exceptional conceptual thinking for campaigns.
- Develop brand and editorial content ensuring it meets KPIs.
- Nurture and mentor art directors and graphic designers.
- Collaborate with the digital team on e-commerce initiatives.
- Ensure packaging and design is consistent across communications.
