We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Art Director to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes creativity and performance, is excited by creative challenges, and enjoys taking ownership of both strategy and creative direction across campaigns and brands.

As an Art Director at Moburst, you will be responsible for guiding the creative vision and strategy of projects, while collaborating closely with project managers, account directors, and clients. You will be involved in meetings and presentations, acting as the creative lead/authority.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the strategic thinking and creative conceptualization for digital campaigns and multi-platform marketing assets.
  • Develop and present creative ideas and design solutions to both internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all deliverables.
  • Execute hands‑on design of ads for campaigns and other digital assets.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and creative reviews.
  • Stay current with design trends, digital innovations, and emerging tools.
  • Provide professional guidance to designers and support quality control across creative output.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of proven experience in a digital agency or a fast‑paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign work, digital design expertise, and high‑level conceptual thinking.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Excellent skills in visual storytelling, typography, and composition, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and articulating creative ideas to clients.
  • Strong understanding of mobile‑first marketing principles and performance‑driven creative - a significant advantage.
