Job Advert: Year 6 Class Teacher
Primary School, Wythenshawe

Position: Year 6 Teacher
Contract Type: Full Time
Start Date: After October half term
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Be an experienced or aspiring upper Key Stage 2 teacher with high expectations of pupil achievement
  • Have a solid understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and experience preparing children for end-of-Key-Stage assessments (SATs)
  • Be a reflective and creative practitioner who makes learning engaging and meaningful
  • Support the Catholic ethos of the school, either as a practising Catholic or someone willing to uphold and promote our values
  • Be a team player who builds strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
