Overview

Prospero Teaching is currently working with a vibrant primary school in Cannock, to recruit an experienced Year 5 Class Teacher. This is a full-time, temporary position starting in September 2025 and running until the end of the academic year in July 2026.

Requirements

• QTS qualified

• Strong communication skills, with a focus on working collaboratively with staff and engaging with parents.
• Ability to tailor teaching to meet the needs of all students.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).

Eligibility for Roles through Prospero Teaching

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
