Year 3 Teacher - Faith Primary School, Tower Hamlets, Faith School

Start: ASAP/Autumn Term 2025  •  Fixed Term / Full Academic Year

Salary: MPS3 to MPS 6 (Outer London), dependent on experience £226 - £268

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming faith primary school in Tower Hamlets for a Year 3 Teacher to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a class of 27 pupils, supported by two experienced teaching assistants.
  • Support pupils with a high level of needs and help them transition successfully into KS2 through strong classroom management and secure KS1 strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote pupil progress and wellbeing in a faith school environment.
About you / Qualifications
  • Experienced teacher (not suitable for ECTs).
  • Confident with behaviour management and skilled at supporting pupils with additional needs.
  • Strong knowledge of KS1 pedagogy and transition into KS2.
  • Collaborative and resilient practitioner with a passion for inclusive teaching.
