Job description

Overview

This is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity based in the Harlow Pinnacles area. You will be required to work mainly outside with pressure washing equipment, yard loading/unloading vehicles such as hydraulic equipment and hand tools, and other various total solutions to the construction industry dealing with shoring equipment, piling equipment, and pipework.

This is also a yard operative role which includes general manual labour, stock checks, and if you have a counter balance forklift licence then that would be advantageous but not wholly necessary; needed is enthusiasm for the role.

Certificated COUNTER BALANCE FORKLIFT TRAINING will be given to keen candidates as part of the job package once permanent status is gained.

Also, if you have other skills in welding, fabrication or hydraulics exp., then that would also be a bonus.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, 42.5 basic hours with optional overtime at x1.5 on Saturdays.

Eligibility & Progression

We are looking for candidates on a temp-perm basis (seeking to go onto a permanent position). You will be required to complete a qualified period of work. After good performance and reliability you may be hired by the client directly.
