Job description
Overview

We currently have a vacancy for a Wraparound Care Manager at Club 4 U in our out of school provision. This is a key role in which you will be managing a team of staff to provide quality out of school play opportunities for children aged from 4 - 11 years. You will be supported by and report to the Directors at Club 4 U.

Responsibilities
  • This 30-hour Managers role will require you to work Monday to Friday 3pm – 6pm in the after-school club at Westfield Junior School, and on rota for the breakfast club 7:50 – 9am with remaining hours flexible.
  • Manage a team of staff to deliver quality out of school play opportunities for children aged 4 - 11 years.
  • Build strong relationships with parents/carers and children, while ensuring all relevant policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Report to the Directors at Club 4 U.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communicator with a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Play work (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within the Childcare environment.
  • Experience in building strong relationships with parents/carers and children.
About Club 4 U

Club 4 U is a not for profit company established in 2006 to provide and/ or assist in the provision of childcare and educational services for the benefit of the community, in particular, out of school care services supporting both Eastfield and Westfield schools. Club 4 U is run as a separate business to the schools. Club 4 U’s other services include a Breakfast Club, a Holiday Club and a Playgroup.
