Working closely with the Workshop Supervisor and Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping customer operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The Role

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include :

  • Repairing and overhauling electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes
  • Carrying out mechanical maintenance, repairs, and assembly of rotating equipment
  • Performing fault‑finding and diagnostic work on breakdown equipment
  • Ensuring all jobs are completed on time and to customer specifications
  • Following strict Health & Safety protocols and maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Completing all workshop documentation accurately and promptly
  • Supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals and customer satisfaction
