A leading consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Workday Payroll Consultant with extensive experience in delivering payroll solutions for both the UK and US markets. Key responsibilities include leading payroll implementations, advising on best practices, and engaging with senior stakeholders. Salary: £100,000 – £130,000

A specialist consultancy working with leading global brands to design and implement modern People & Payroll solutions is expanding rapidly. We’re seeking experienced professionals who want to help reinvent how multinational payroll functions deliver value across process, technology, compliance, and user experience.
We are looking for a Senior Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant with extensive hands‑on experience delivering Workday Payroll in both the UK and US. You’ll take ownership of complex payroll transformation programmes, providing expert guidance throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through deployment, go‑live, and post‑launch optimisation.
You should be comfortable advising senior stakeholders, capable of operating as both a consultant and an integrated part of the client team, and have a proven track record of multiple Workday Payroll implementations.
