About the Role

One of our Clients is at the very beginning of an exciting journey, a full Workday implementation for their global brand, starting from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to shape the entire build, roll out multiple modules, and make a real impact on a project that will transform HR and Finance operations worldwide.

As a Workday Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying Workday modules, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM and related modules (e.g., Absence, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Financials).
  • Configure Workday business processes, security roles, and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Manage data migration, integrations, and testing phases.
  • Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
