A leading utilities company in England is seeking a Work Planner to effectively program and deliver work in collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in work planning within the utilities sector and a solid understanding of NRSWA, traffic management, and street works planning. Proficiency in IT is essential, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant software. The role offers a full-time permanent position with numerous benefits including annual leave and pension plans.

The completion of work is an important requirement for the Business in collaboration with stakeholders and customers. You will provide support to ensure that the company’s work is effectively programmed & delivered in an efficient and productive way.
You will play a key role within the Planning team by analysing work, collating data, developing planned packages of work to be allocated to Site Teams for completion.
The role requires high levels of IT skills as there will be the need to create and distribute management spreadsheets, reports, and plans.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a work planning role, ideally within the utilities industry, who has a good understanding of NRSWA, permitting, traffic management, and street works planning. You should be IT proficient, confident using Microsoft Office, Symology, and Streetworks software, and hold a valid UK driving licence.
