Job Overview

We are seeking Aluminium Window Fabricators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a experience in the window fabrication processes, including welding and assembly. This role requires attention to detail in particular the use of measuring equipment. As a Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that components are fabricated and assembled accurately to meet production standards.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble aluminium window frames in according to specifications and drawings.
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Perform basic welding techniques to join materials.
  • Interpret technical drawings and use measuring equipment to ensure precise fabrication.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve fabrication processes and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

Working days Monday to Friday, with some overtime available. This a temp to perm position with a start rate of per hour, increasing after a successful 12 week temp to perm period.
