Reports to: You will be primarily reporting to Head of Wholesale and CEO, and working closely with finance and production departments to ensure the smooth flow of business and information.

As the brand continues to expand its global presence, we’re seeking a Wholesale Manager to strengthen our wholesale strategy and support the growth of our international network of partners.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Wholesale Manager to lead the brand’s global wholesale operations. This role will oversee key account management, seasonal sales activities, and long‑term development of retail partnerships. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth processes across every stage of the wholesale cycle: order management, delivery, analysis, and relationship building while working closely with production, logistics, finance, and external agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full seasonal order process through Zedonk and Joor ensuring accuracy across all accounts.
  • Drive wholesale sales worldwide in alignment with the brand’s growth objectives.
  • Organise the showroom and lead the appointments during the two annual market periods.
  • Build OTB proposals based on seasonal forecasts and annual targets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and translate sales goals into actionable strategies for each market.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with department stores, online partners, and boutiques.
  • Guide and support regional sales agents with clear targets, performance tracking, and brand strategy implementation.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales analyses to highlight opportunities and insights.
  • Manage special initiatives such as exclusive product capsules, pop‑up activations, collaborations, and co‑branded marketing projects.
  • Track deliveries and payments in close collaboration with logistics and finance teams.
  • Organise in‑store and digital product training sessions to strengthen client engagement and boost sell‑through.
  • Provide structured seasonal feedback, including top performers, missed opportunities, and regional nuances.
Key Requirements
  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5‑7 years of experience in wholesale within designer luxury fashion segment.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, managing occasionally coinciding appointments at the seasonal showroom, being able to track multiple critical streams same time.
  • Strong command of Zedonk and JOOR is essential.
  • Solid understanding of the fashion wholesale cycle and operational processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling interdepartmental work across commercial, productoperations and finance.
  • Confident working with data: strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience managing high‑end or multi‑brand retailers, particularly in the USA, UK, Middle East, EU, and Asia.
  • Clear and to the point communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and build long‑term relationships. Clear and to the point communication.

  • Established relationships with major retailers are a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite & Google Sheets/Slides
