Therapist Role and Responsibilities

As a Therapist, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. You will manage the entire guest journey, ensuring that all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and that every guest receives genuine and personalized service. You should uphold the highest standards to ensure the guest experience aligns with Nobu Hotel London Portman Square standards. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Contributing to the smooth operational running of the wellness and fitness treatment areas.
• Carrying out all treatments with passion and pride to meet the required standards.
• Being confident and fully knowledgeable about every treatment, product, and facility in the Wellness and Fitness Centre.
• Working within the time guidelines for each treatment to ensure the highest standard of guest care.
• Ensuring product knowledge is well known, and that the client’s time is educational, therapeutic, and relaxing.
• Greeting clients warmly by name, showing them to the therapy room, and indicating where everything is, ensuring the highest client care.
• Upselling products during treatments with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Acting as an ambassador for Nobu.
