Summary

We are seeking a Partnership Manager based in Bath to join our team at Everyone Health. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate and manage relationships with various partners, contributing significantly to our mission of enhancing community health. Your efforts will directly support our goal of enabling individuals to adopt healthier behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for partnership growth and strategic alliances.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote partnership initiatives.
• Line manage the triage team at the Community Wellbeing Hub who triage the wellness service along with the partners referrals CRM software to track partner interactions and engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Represent Everyone Health at public events and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in relationship management or partnership development.
• Desirable: Educated to health-related degree level (or equivalent) or relevant experience/ qualifications in project management.
• 2+ years’ experience managing public health services.
• Strong marketing skills with the ability to implement effective strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing partner relationships.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on partner satisfaction.
• Strong public relations skills, capable of representing the organization effectively.
