Salary: £26,375 - £27,000

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location: Slough

We’re looking for a motivated Wellness Coach to deliver integrated health and wellbeing services across Slough, supporting individuals to make positive and lasting lifestyle changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging health and wellbeing sessions (in‑person)
  • Complete health checks, assessments, and referrals
  • Support programmes including weight management, falls prevention, and smoking cessation
  • Work with GP practices, community groups, and local partners
  • Operate our mobile health clinic (manual driving licence required)
  • Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends
About You
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in health, science, or social science
  • Experience delivering health or wellbeing programmes
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Confident using IT systems with good attention to detail
