A regional community service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Wellbeing Matters Project Lead to enhance support for children and families. The ideal candidate will have therapeutic support experience and strong leadership skills to coordinate wellbeing services across Norwich. Responsibilities include managing a team, building relationships with schools and fostering emotional wellbeing. Position : Wellbeing Matters Project Lead
Pay : £15.70 per hour (£30,615.00 per annum)
Location : YMCA Norfolk Offices, Aylsham Road, Norwich and Countywide
Contract Type : Permanent
Hours per week : 37.5 hours per week
Are you passionate about supporting the wellbeing of children, young people and their families? Do you have experience of delivering therapeutic support that makes a lasting impact? If so, YMCA Norfolk is looking for a dedicated Wellbeing Matters Project Lead to help shape and grow our family-focused services across the county.
This role is central to the delivery and development of our Wellbeing Matters and Therapeutic Family Services, which provide tailored support to families and schools. You'll lead a team delivering interventions that promote emotional wellbeing, strengthen family relationships, and help children thrive both at home and in education. Working closely with schools, social workers and community partners, you'll ensure our services are accessible, effective and aligned with the needs of those we support.
