About the role

As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you will provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, while promoting privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. You will identify residents’ life history, needs, and preferences, plan and submit monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arrange activities and events, and maintain a safe living and working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents by listening to them and their families to support the development of a detailed life story.
  • Planning and submitting to the Home Manager a monthly activity and wellbeing plan and a weekly overview.
  • Arranging activities, events, and outings, encouraging the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors.
  • Maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.
