Overview

Job title: Wellbeing and Activities Assistant

Summary: You will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering activities to engage residents’ physical, cognitive, and social well-being. You will help create a safe, positive environment and promote intergenerational activities within the community.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a wide range of activities for residents.
  • Maintain a safe living and working environment and contribute to the professional image of the home.
  • Report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the Wellbeing and Activity Coordinator, Home Manager, and care staff.
  • Assist with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities.
  • Develop links with the local community (e.g., schools, spiritual groups, museums/libraries) to promote access to the wider community and intergenerational activity.
