Job Title: Welder (6 Positions Available)
Location: Dorking, Surrey
Salary: £13.71 – £15.63 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
About the Welder Role:
We are seeking six skilled Welders to join our growing team, This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position with excellent benefits and development prospects.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Alternating shifts (weekly rotation):
Early Shift: 5:45am – 1:45pm
Late Shift: 2:15pm – 10:15pm
Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities of the Welder:
Read and interpret engineering drawings and ISO quality standards
Perform MIG and TIG welding to a high commercial standard
Mark out parts accurately
Pressure and leak test fabrications
Clean and fettle parts as required for paint preparation
Complete work records and relevant documentation in the correct sequence
Self-inspect parts and ensure all quality standards are met
Maintain high levels of housekeeping and safe working practices
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Cross-train and develop competence across multiple jobs
Comply with company Health and Safety policies and risk assessments
Carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the company

The Welder will have:
