Aluminium Welder – Chepstow

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Pay Rate: DOE
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4pm, Friday 7.30am – 13.30pm

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong welding experience, particularly with aluminium materials, and the ability to produce high-quality, precise welds in line with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing aluminium welding tasks using TIG/MIG welding techniques
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications
  • Inspecting welds for quality and adjusting as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an aluminium welder
  • Skilled in TIG and/or MIG welding processes
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
  • Good attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant welding certification preferred (CSWIP, AWS, or equivalent)
