Key Responsibilities
  • Primarily based outdoors, you'll welcome guests and owners warmly upon arrival at our check-in gate.
  • Create a great first impression while assisting with the check-in process.
  • Verify passes, answer questions, and offer helpful information on park amenities, events, and activities.
  • Act as an on-site information guide, helping guests get acquainted with the park and plan their stay.
  • Handle any initial queries or issues, ensuring our guests and owners feel valued and cared for.
  • Collaborate with other teams to create a smooth, welcoming environment from arrival to departure.
