Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and more.
  • Accurately measure, mix, and knead ingredients.
  • Monitor oven settings and baking times.
  • Glaze, decorate, and finish baked goods.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations.
  • Manage ingredient inventory and report shortages.
  • Innovate new recipes or seasonal creations.
  • Fulfill custom orders and special requests.
