Water treatment equipment sales manager | London | up to £55k basic

Job Summary JS Selection is working with a global market-leading manufacturer of water treatment equipment, specialising in RO, UV and ion exchange systems. Part of a large, financially secure group, the business has doubled in size in the UK over the last five years and is known for exceptional employee retention and internal progression.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced water treatment equipment sales manager to manage and grow specification-led sales across London and the surrounding region.

The Role As water treatment equipment sales manager, you will be responsible for the sale of technically complex water treatment solutions, including :

reverse osmosis (RO), DI and UV systems

filtration, water softeners and chlorine dioxide units

managing and developing relationships with consultants, specifiers and engineers

driving specifications through to project completion

working closely with internal quotation, project delivery and service teams

managing a strategic, high-value sales pipeline across London

Youll be supported by a knowledgeable management team and recognised technical experts, with clear progression opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

proven sales professional within the water treatment industry

strong technical understanding of water treatment equipment

ideally 5+ years experience selling through consultant and specification routes

commercially astute with a strong grasp of features, benefits, system design and costing

self-motivated, professional and confident operating at consultant level
