Job Title: Waste Operative

Rate of Pay: £13.85 per hour

Position Type: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Network Rail, King's Cross Station, Euston Road, London, England, N1 9AP

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning and Waste operative to deliver excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You should always ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

You should be capable of building positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. You should have a full knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including the agreed work specification and time allocated to facilities and have knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie. You must always adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures and participate in all training required to deliver the cleaning role.

You will have ability to work to a schedule and as part of a team. You must be capable of working to their own initiative where appropriate. You should be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have cleaning experience however training can be provided. You should Strive for continuous improvements in service delivery and be self-driven and determined.
