Warehouse Team Leader - Night shift

Location: Feltham

Shifts : 4 on 4 off 19 : 00-07 : 00

Are you passionate about operational excellence and safety in cargo handling? We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant warehouse and dispatch operations.

What will you be doing?
  • Ensure all cargo is received, handled, packed, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
  • Manage a team of operatives, assessing workloads and delegate tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures, Health & Safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Inspect cargo condition, complete necessary documentation, and report any damage or discrepancies.
  • Check vehicles and mechanical handling equipment for safety and suitability, ensuring defects are reported and repaired promptly.
  • Observe and enforce security and Health & Safety standards, including IMCO / ADR requirements.
  • Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately.
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to a positive shift environment.
About You
  • Previous experience in a similar cargo or warehouse operations role.
  • Valid forklift licence.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards.
