Overview

Warehouse Team Leader - Full-Time
£14/hour + Overtime | Monday-Friday
Shifts: 06:00-14:30 / 11:30-20:00

We\'re looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client\'s dynamic operation in Coleshill. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a small team to meet performance and safety standards across import, export, pallet network, groupage, and storage activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse operatives to meet business expectations
• Ensure all inbound and outbound goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and safely
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Manage and oversee daily warehouse tasks, including order picking, packing, goods in/out, and stock control
• Ensure customer-specific order requirements are met and accurate
• Use warehouse systems (ideally Access Delta) to track inventory and workflow
• Support stock investigations, audits, and customer stock takes
• Be a keyholder for opening and locking the premises depending on shift

About You

• Minimum 2 years\' warehouse experience, ideally in a multi-customer, import/export, and pallet network environment
• Licensed to operate Counterbalance and VNA forklifts
• Strong team leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using warehouse management systems and scanners
• Flexible, reliable, hands-on, and safety-conscious
• This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate who will gain full-time employment and a contract offered after a successful 12 week probationary period
