Warehouse Supervisor/ Evenings - Moira
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Supervisor with Reach forklift experience to join our busy food distribution team in Moira. This hands-on role involves loading/unloading deliveries, picking orders, moving stock with a forklift, and keeping the warehouse clean and well-organised.
Working in a food warehouse, you’ll need to follow hygiene and safety standards closely while ensuring products are handled with care. If you have a valid forklift licence, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment - we’d love to hear from you!

- Position: Warehouse Supervisor - Evenings
- Location: Maghaberry
- Duration: Permanent
- Pay Rate: £31,000 per annum
- Nightshift premium: £2,000 per annum
- Hours of Work: Sunday to Thursday 4pm – Finish (42.5 hours a week)

Duties
- To provide support to other Supervisors in relation to investigation, disciplinary and grievance meetings
- Ensure weekly staff meetings are held
- To ensure adherence to BRC standards always
- To ensure the building is locked and left safe & secure when leaving on the last shift
- To ensure all staff achieve required attendance levels (absence and timekeeping)
- To ensure safe working practices and the daily maintenance of mechanical handling equipment, as laid down in procedures and works instructions, are observed
- To ensure all MHE is signed for by each user and faults recorded on the pre-check sheets provided and faults reported direct to sub-contractor for repair
- To ensure all vehicles are loaded in an efficient and timely manner
- To ensure all staff wear their personal protective clothing/equipment correctly at all times
- To carry out temporary cover arrangements as required
- To ensure that the cleanliness, tidiness and all that is associated in the warehouse and/or any other area of the site is maintained to the highest possible standard
- To regularly patrol the warehouse to ensure close supervision of pickers
- To report all picking errors to the warehouse manager
- To ensure colleagues are managed fairly and consistently in line with company policy
Essential Criteria
- Reach forklift certificate
- Good Leadership Skills
- Communication Skills
- Previous warehouse experience
- Computer Literate
Desirable Criteria
- Voice Training
- Counterbalance forklift license
