Candour Talent are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for their client based in Chepstow.

• Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Days
• Salary: Negotiable - Dependant on experience

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage the flow of goods efficiently and accurately. This role requires a methodical approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent computer proficiency to ensure smooth operations across inventory, shipping, and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations:
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Logistics Coordination:
  • Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Liaise with carriers and suppliers to ensure timely shipments.
• Data & Systems Management:
  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for shipping, customs, and compliance.
• Communication & Reporting:
  • Respond promptly to emails and internal requests.
  • Generate reports on inventory, delivery performance, and cost optimization.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyse workflow and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
