Since launching in the UK in 2019, we’ve received top ratings from Trustpilot, glowing reviews from leading publications, and a sky-high Net Promoter Score of 72+. But it’s our people who make all the difference. Now, we’re looking for a motivated, customer-obsessed Warehouse Supervisor to join our Manchester-based team and help take our service to the next level.

The Role:

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the efficient running of our warehouse operations. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operatives while ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards. What You’ll Do

  • Supervise, coach, and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets
  • Oversee core warehouse functions including goods in, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
  • Allocate tasks effectively to meet workload demands and deadlines
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and deliver training where necessary
  • Ensure all operations are carried out in line with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate stock control through cycle counts, spot checks, and discrepancy investigations
  • Use the ERP/WMS system to process stock movements, maintain records, and generate reports
  • Liaise with supply and logistics teams to resolve inbound and outbound stock issues
  • Track and report on warehouse and production performance to the Warehouse Manager
  • Support the Warehouse Manager with process improvements, including layout changes, bin setups, and system development

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or team leader experience
  • Proven people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Experience in inventory management and ERP/WMS systems
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate or above)
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Flexibility to work weekends when required (generally only once a year around Black Friday)

What Values You’ll Share:

  • Customer Obsessed - We understand our customers and aim to build long term relationships and trust.
  • Aim High - We are always challenging ourselves and others to grow and improve.
  • No Ego - We drive to succeed as a team and learn from our mistakes.
  • One Team - We collaborate and win as a team.
  • Lift As We Climb - We invest in developing others and ourselves.
  • Lean & Nimble - We test, learn and improve.
