We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s team in Basingstoke. This is a great opportunity to lead a small team within a well-established company operating across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a small warehouse team
• Manage daily inbound and outbound order processing
• Oversee loading/unloading of vehicles and picking/packing of goods
• Conduct end-of-day cycle counts and maintain stock control
• Handle basic admin duties and liaise with customers as required

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics setting
• Valid Forklift Licences – Counterbalance & Pivot Steer
• Solid understanding of logistics and admin systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
