Aligra is seeking a dedicated Stock Controller to join our clients team in Andover. Dive into a role where your attention to detail and organisational skills will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of stock levels and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Synchronisation: Review system-generated reports to ensure physical and actual stock levels remain synchronised. Your meticulous approach will maintain the integrity of stock counts, ensuring accurate data is always at hand.
  • PI Counting Schedule: Achieve the daily and weekly PI (Perpetual Inventory) counting schedule as determined by operational needs. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining efficient inventory control.
  • Inventory Control Liaison: Work closely with operational management on all aspects of inventory control. Your communication skills will be essential in maintaining a seamless flow of information and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Stock Returns Management: Control the process of stock returned to the depot, adhering to associated procedures in a timely and efficient manner. This ensures that returned stock is managed effectively and reintegrated into the inventory system.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Address and resolve stock-related customer queries, conducting thorough investigations when required. Your dedication to customer service will help maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Operational Support: Support the admin and operation team by handling stock-related queries and conducting investigations. Your proactive approach will ensure that efficient service is consistently provided.
  • Quality Control: Highlight any potential quality issues, including hygiene and damage, to your Manager. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary process control and quality documented records in a timely manner. Your ability to manage QC checks efficiently will be vital in maintaining operational standards.
  • Additional Tasks: Undertake other tasks in support of the warehouse operation as directed or requested. Your flexibility and adaptability will be key in supporting the teams success.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:00.
