Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Shifts: Rotating 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are a growing packaging business based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, and we’re on the lookout for a reliable and hands‑on Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee daily operations across a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives to meet productivity and safety targets
  • Oversee inbound and outbound goods, stock control, and general warehouse operations
  • Ensure smooth shift handovers and effective communication across shifts
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, addressing any performance or operational issues
  • Operate Counterbalance FLT as required to support warehouse tasks
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licenseEssential
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, health & safety, and team management
  • Flexible approach to shift work and the ability to lead by example
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
