Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Hybrid Role - Warehouse & Admin)
Location: Fenstanton
Start Date: 02/02/2026
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

About the Role

Manpower is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative who is ready to take the next step into a hybrid position, combining traditional warehouse duties with administrative and system-based work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys an active physical role but also wants to develop their skills in office and IT-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift to safely move, load, and unload goods.
  • Carry out a range of warehouse activities including picking, packing, and stock movement.
  • Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems.
  • Place orders, move stock, and update inventory data on company systems using a laptop.
  • Answer phone calls and communicate with customers in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Support office administration, ensuring clear coordination between office and warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Valid counterbalance forklift license (essential).
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, including loading/unloading, picking, and packing.
  • IT literate, confident in using computers and warehouse systems.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle both warehouse and office duties efficiently.
  • A bendi forklift license is desirable but not essential.
