Optime are excited to be recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Lowfield Heath (Crawley). This job offers fantastic hours and overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company and fantastic conditions and facilities.

What’s on offer:
  • Hourly Rate:
    • Day rate of pay: £13.38 per hour
    • Night rate of pay: £16.19 per hour
  • Shifts: 4 on 4 off
  • Location: Crawley
  • Hours: 06:00 am to 18:00 pm OR 18:00 pm to 06:00 am
  • Weekly pay (Every Friday)
  • Free on-site parking
  • Temp to Perm (performance-based)
Key Duties:
  • Receive, check, and store inbound deliveries to agreed standards.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound distribution to World Duty Free stores.
  • Ensure all goods are handled safely, securely, and in compliance with customs and aviation regulations.
  • Operate warehouse systems, scanners, and equipment (training provided where required).
  • Support stock control processes, including regular cycle counts and investigations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste.

  • UK Settled Status (If applicable)
  • Proof of National Insurance
  • Proof of (current) Address
  • 5 Year Address History

  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check following interview in line with CAA requirements.
  • Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential
