Warehouse Operative Northamptonshire, NN8 Pay rate: GBP12.29ph - GBP14.37ph PLUS + Fantastic weekly paid performance BONUS up to GBP30 per shift PLUS + Immediate starts available! Are you looking for an opportunity to work locally and be part of a dynamic team? We at Gi Group are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a tray washing facility in the Wellingborough area.

Responsibilities

• Working on a production line, loading & unloading trays from conveyor belts
• Palletising trays ready for dispatch
• Organising recycling
• Inspecting & quality control of items
• Working at high speeds and meeting company targets (KPI's)

Required skills

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
• Good attitude to work and learn new skills
• No experience required; full training provided

Pay and shifts

• Days GBP12.29ph
• Overtime (40+ hrs) GBP13.79ph
• Nights GBP12.87ph
• Overtime (40+ hrs) GBP14.37ph
• Fantastic weekly paid performance bonus up to GBP30 per shift
• Shift pattern: Days 6am - 6pm, 3 on 3 off; Nights 6pm - 6am, 3 on 3 off
