WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

ABOUT THE ROLE

M-Sport UK is a world-leading motorsport business, competing at the highest levels of rally, circuit racing and beyond. Our success is built on a dedicated team of skilled individuals, working together to deliver championship-winning performance.

We are now looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join our growing warehouse team. This role plays a key part in the smooth running of our operations, ensuring that stock is managed efficiently and delivered to the right place at the right time.

The role and responsibilities include:

Pick, pack, and prepare parts and components for internal departments and external customers.

Maintain accurate records within our stock control system.

Ensure goods are stored correctly and safely in line with company standards.

Support regular stock counts and assist with inventory accuracy.

Maintain high housekeeping standards by ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.

Computer literate with strong MS Office skills and experience using stock control systems.

A confident communicator who builds trust-based relationships with colleagues.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a similar stores or warehouse environment.

A current forklift licence would be beneficial.
