A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Warehouse Operative - Technician in Bourn, Cambridge. This key role requires attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure smooth operations, including receiving, packing, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience and is physically fit. The position offers a pay rate of £13.70 per hour with 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Join The Team as a Warehouse Operative - Technician!

Location: Bourn, Cambridge
Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
(39 hours per week, with a 30-minute lunch break)

What You’ll Be Doing

Step into a fast-paced, hands-on role where your attention to detail and organisational skills will shine. As a Warehouse Technician, you’ll be a key part of the operations team, helping to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods and materials
  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy
  • Managing inventory, stock checks, and cycle counts
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
  • Following all safety protocols and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills

Access to your own transport is preferred due to our location
