Our client is a specialised in Warehousing, UK Order Fulfilment, 3 PL & Final Mile Deliveries.

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations & Admin Assistant to support their logistics team. This role combines hands‑on support with pick‑and‑pack tasks and administrative coordination, with a strong focus on using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain operational accuracy and efficiency. Saturday availability is required as part of the weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack orders accurately based on shipment schedules and customer requirements.
  • Prepare parcels for dispatch, including labeling, packing, and staging.
  • Maintain inventory records and update stock levels using WMS software.
  • Operate WMS systems to process inbound/outbound shipments, manage stock movements, and ensure real‑time data accuracy.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and updating shipment logs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely communication and delivery updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, data entry systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is helpful but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Availability to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
Salary

£25,500 annum.
