We're a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand with a passionate customer community and a clear mission. Our warehouse is small but busy, supporting strong year‑on‑year growth. We're now looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of the day‑to‑day running of our warehouse operations and team.

This role is key to bringing structure, consistency, and leadership to daily operations, enabling the Founder to focus on strategy and the continued growth of the brand.

The Role

This is a hands‑on management role in a small but fast‑paced warehouse environment. You'll lead from the front, working alongside the team on picking, packing, dispatch, stock handling, and all other daily warehouse activities, while ensuring operations remain organised, efficient, and on schedule.

You'll take full responsibility for people management, including holding regular one‑to‑one meetings with warehouse and logistics operatives to review performance, attendance, and well‑being, and resolving any operational or people‑related issues promptly as they arise.
