We’re recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of a busy day-shift operation in Manchester, leading a team of around 30 colleagues within a market‑leading food and drink wholesaler and distributor.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and knows that engaged teams deliver the best results.

The Role

As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high‑performing running of the warehouse operation, with a clear focus on people, standards, and service.

You’ll lead from the front, set the tone, and create a culture where performance, safety, and teamwork go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a warehouse team of circa 30 employees
  • Drive performance against KPIs, productivity, and service targets
