About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Warehouse Team at IPL Sittingbourne! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Key Operative – Nights to become a vital part of our produce facility in Sittingbourne. If you are passionate about production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details

• Schedule: 4 on 4 off (Nights) 7pm – 7am
• Location: IPL Sittingbourne – Site Based Role
• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and prompt picking, packing and dispatch of depot goods while upholding highest health and safety standards.
• Receive and check incoming stock, ensuring labels and temperature disciplines are completed and product correctly located.
• Complete all relevant paperwork for Goods In/Goods Out/Picking and dispose waste safely in line with company processes.
• Undertake MHE truck duties, conduct daily safety checks and observe warehouse guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fast‑paced warehouse/manufacturing/pack house/produce background.
• Forklift truck licence and knowledge of warehousing/store processes. Manual handling training required.
• Ability to work under pressure with good attention to detail and communication skills.
